How to log in and manage your course enrolments 

When you log in, you can mangage your course enrolments, see your course history, ECTS credits, change your personal information and cancel registrations up to two weeks before the start of a course.

You log in with either your KU-username or your personal email address (if you are not a PhD student at UCPH).

Step by step: How to log in as a PhD student at UCPH
If you are a PhD student enrolled at the University of Copenhagen please follow these directions to log in:

  1. Click on “Login for PhD students at UCPH” in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Enter your KU-Username (abc123) and your password. If you do not know or cannot remember your password, click “Forgot password” in the bottom left-hand corner.
  3. When logged into the system:
    • Use “My pages” and click on "My enrollments" in the top left-hand corner to manage your course enrollments. 
    • Use “Home” to browse our course catalogue and apply for enrolment.

How to log in as an "Other"
An "Other" means that you haven't received a KU-username. Please follow these directions to log in:

  1. Click on “Login for others” in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Enter your e-mail address in the "Username"-field and your password. If you do not know or cannot remember your password, click “Forgot password” in the bottom left-hand corner.
  3. When logged into the system:
    • Use “My pages” and click on "My enrollments" in the top left-hand corner to manage your course enrolments.
    • Use “Home” to browse our course catalogue and apply for enrolment.

NOTE: The first time you apply for a course a profile will be created for you. It is very important that you use the same email/KU-username everytime you apply for a course or log oi.
